Privacy Policy

Effective September 30, 2026. Outwest Drywall Supply, Inc., doing business as Outwest Building Supply. Principal place of business: 1645 N Townsend Ave, Montrose, CO 81401, US.

When you fill in a form. The quote form and the submittal request ask for your name, company, phone, email, job address, and whatever you attach. We use it to answer you. It goes to the branch you selected.

When you text or call a branch. We receive your number and your message. Texts to our branch lines are handled through Prokeep, a messaging platform we use so the whole branch can see and answer them. Prokeep stores those messages on our behalf.

When you apply for credit. The application runs through NetNow, a third-party service, and their privacy policy covers how they handle it. We receive the completed application, including business, owner, guarantor, and bank information. We use it to make a credit decision, which may include pulling credit reports and contacting the references you list.

When you pay a bill. The client portal is hosted by Epicor, and card payments are handled by our payment processor. Their policies cover it. We see your account, invoices, and payment history, but not your full card number.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get used and whether the site is working. It sets cookies and collects things like your device, browser, and approximate location. It does not tell us your name. You can block it with your browser's settings, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.

We do not sell your information. We share it only in these cases:

• with the service providers we use to run the business, including those named above
• with credit bureaus and references when you apply for credit
• when the law requires it
• with a buyer or successor if the business, or part of it, is sold or reorganized

We do not send marketing texts unless you have told us you want them.

When you text a branch, we text back about your order. That is a conversation you started, and we treat it as one. If we ever want to send you anything other than a reply about your business with us, such as a promotion, a reminder, or anything unrequested, we will ask first. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We keep order and account records as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep form submissions and messages for as long as they are useful to answering you, and then we delete or anonymize them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Once we verify it is you, we will, subject to what we are required to keep. Email Hugh@outwestsupply.co or call any branch.

If this changes, the date at the top changes. We will not change it in a way that matters without saying so on this page.
